As an employer it is mandatory you offer a workplace pension to your employees.
Should you already have a pension provider in place:
Gross pay can manage your auto enrolment pension scheme within your payroll and complete the pension assessment each time your payroll is processed. Your pension assessment and contribution report will make up part of your monthly report pack.
I don’t have a pension provider in place
Gross pay can put you in touch with an independent pension adviser who can answer all your questions regarding which pension provider you should use, Gross pay can give general assistance but as we are not pension advisers so we always request you seek independent advise. Once your pension is set up we will work with your pension provider or pension adviser to ensure you are always compliant.
We offer an assisted pension service
We assess your employees with each payroll processed. We provide you with an assessment and contribution report and as the employer you will upload all data to your pension provider and arrange payments of contributions.
Or we offer a fully managed pension service
We set up your pension requirements according to your pension provider, we can provide pension communication letters if required – assess your employees with each payroll processed. We will provide full assessment and contribution reports as standard in your monthly report pack, we will upload your contributions direct to your pension provider and can arrange payment to your pension provider via BACS each month.
